K 57 Wire rope Grease

Description

This premium quality anhydrous grease is manufactured from highly refined mineral oils and Calcium Hydroxy Stearate thickener. It has been blended with additives to give a special stringy texture, which improves the greases adhesive properties and water resistance. K57 also contains a quantity of graphite to enhance the lubrication properties at higher temperatures and to provide a safe lubricant film under the most extreme loading conditions.

This grease has excellent oxidation, rust and corrosion resistance, combined with long term storage stability.

Application

K57 is recommended for plain and anti-friction bearings where water contamination is a major problem. This grease provides excellent lubrication of slides, valves, plungers and is useful in combating fretting corrosion problems. K57 is highly suitable for industrial applications where a strong lubricant film must be maintained.
